When will my letter arrive?
Letters ship out during the first week every other month. It might take a week or so to show up in your mailbox. Shipping months are as follows:
Oct / Dec / Feb / Apr / June / Aug
Orders placed before the end of the month will receive the current issue. Orders placed afterwards will begin with the next month's letter.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you like through your customer account.
You’ll only be charged for letters you receive.

Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time. Maybe someday!
We currently offer domestic shipping in the United States only.
Letters go out in standard stamped envelopes to readers domestically. Letters don't have tracking to keep them affordable for everyone.
What’s the shipping cost?
Shipping cost per letter is complementary.
You will NOT be charged a separate shipping cost with your subscription.
Each letter is stamped and shipped to you sometime during the first week of our shipping months.

Can I start with the current letter?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, new subscribers receive the issue currently being mailed.
Shipping months are as follows:
Oct / Dec / Feb / Apr / June / Aug
If you subscribe by the end of the shipping month, you’ll receive that month’s letter.
If you subscribe on non-shipping month (like November, for example), your subscription will start for the next shipping month.
How often will I receive a letter?
The Simple Home Letter is delivered once every other month.
Please note our shipping months:

If you’ve signed up for an Ongoing Subscription, you’ll receive 1 letter during our shipping months, for as long as you’d like!
What subscriptions do you offer?
1 Month - a single letter delivered to your mailbox
Ongoing - 1 letter delivered to your mailbox for as long as you’d like, every other month! Letter will be delivered to your mailbox during during shipping months (6 letters a year).
Can I give it as a gift?
Absolutely! The Simple Home Letter makes a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves home, food, slower living and beautiful paper.
Just let us know where you’d like it sent!
If you’d like to send several gifts or gift an ongoing Simple Home Letter Subscription, please purchase each of these separately. You’ll update the shipping address to the person you’d like to gift letters to during check out. Easy!
